News from Picnic Point Dance Festival in NSW:
D*ANCER Events/Workshops is excited to launch troupe & solo events for 2010
(previously known as Picnic Point Dance Festival). With securing the wonderful new
state of the art venue again this year, Casula Powerhouse is the performance venue
for both the troupe events (August) along with solo events and workshops
(September) for the first time.
The new event name D*ANCER Events/Workshops was generated from the support of
D*ANCER [Dancewear] who launched their dancewear & products at Picnic Point Dance
Festival in 2009. Picnic Point was looking for a new name & look for our event & D*ANCER
were excited to help further build an exciting & reputable dance event that
still focuses on a warm & welcoming environment for the beautiful & talented stars
of tomorrow.
Proudly, gaining wonderful support from the local business & the wider
business community is helping to make this event unique.
New in 2010 will also be Workshop events during solo week. The organisers hope that
those who have attended Picnic Point Dance Festival in previous years will be
excited to join in the launch of this new venture with D*ANCER Events/Workshops.
