eDance Security Policy

At eDance, we are aware of the security and privacy issues surrounding the use of the internet Note:- Credit Card payments are processed by eWay and no credit card details are retained by eDance, nor passed on to the Eisteddfod Committee (only the fact that you have paid) for each Eisteddfod you enter.
eDance uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants,providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured.

Credit card payments

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. <
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by eDance or any outside party.
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY's bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by eDance.

Payment by cheque or money order

All cheques and money orders are to be made to eDance Australia and posted to eDance Australia, PO Box 214, Kingsgrove Post Shop, Kingsgrove, 1480.
Please mark the back of each cheque/money order with competitors name, entry number and eisteddfods entered so that it can be easily identified for processing your entry.
Entries will only be finalised on receipt and clearance of cheques by eDance.
Should a cheque be dishonored the customer is liable to reimburse eDance for all related bank fees incurred. Entry will not be finalised until said fees are paid and replacement cheque cleared.
If no payment is received within 5 working days of the date of online entry a reminder email will be sent to the entry contact.
Should payment not be received by eDance within two working days of the close of late entries date, the entry will be cancelled and cheque returned unopened.

Payment by Direct Deposit

If paying by direct deposit please email eisteddfods@edance.com.au within three working days the following information: Date of payment, direct deposit receipt number, competitors name, entry number, and eisteddfods entered.
Entries will only be finalised on receipt of full payment and all payment information.
If no payment is received within 5 working days of the date of online entry a reminder email will be sent to the entry contact.
Should payment not be received by eDance within two working days of the close of late entries date, the entry will be cancelled and an email notification sent to the entry contact.

Delivery Policy

Physical goods
- after ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eDance containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via post within 28 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Digital Delivery
After ordering or entering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eDance containing your order/entry details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Refund & Returns Policy

Up until close of eisteddfod entries date no refund will be given for an entry incorrectly entered by the competitor or for change of mind by the competitor. A refund or purchase adjustment may be sought if the entry has been incorrectly charged due to website malfunction. Please email us at eisteddfods@edance.com.au if this occurs and we will endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible. After the close of entries date all entries become the responsibility of the eisteddfod's nominated coordinator. Any refund will then be at the discretion of that coordinator guided by the syllabus for that eisteddfod. Please refer to the eisteddfod's syllabus for contact details.

If an eisteddfod is cancelled before the entries close date eDance will cancel entries and refund all money collected for that eisteddfod. If an eisteddfod is cancelled after the close of entries date those entries are then the responsibility of that eisteddfod's committee. Please refer to the refund policy outlined in the eisteddfod's syllabus.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee (original purchase price of goods only not including postage) from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at enquiries@edance.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. eDance will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
